ParentSquare Notification Settings

Good Moring,
I have heard in conversation that not everyone saw or received a notification about today's delay.
Please be aware that there was a change to Parent Square's POST notification system in December, the system now sends notifications to the app FIRST then uses TEXT as backup.
Parent Square sent an announcement to all users who had both text and app enabled the day before this change:
Families and staff will get a quick in-app or text message letting them know about this change.

Includes a link to the Changes to Notification Delivery help article, where they can learn more about how smart notification delivery works.
This change should not have effected today's notifications as it was sent as a Smart Alert, please check your notification settings to ensure you get INSTANT texts from Colchester Public Schools. I have attached a tutorial on updating/reviewing your notification settings on your account either in the app or through the web portal.
