- 🧍 Upper Body Strength – tested with the Right Angle Push-Up Test
Grades 3 & 5 Weekly Update
Our third and fifth graders have been staying active, building skills, and having a great time in Physical Education!
We kicked off class with our Rock, Paper, Scissors Warm-Up, a fun and engaging way to start the day. Students practiced cooperation, problem-solving, and worked to improve their overall fitness. This activity incorporates cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength — all while keeping students smiling and moving!
The main lesson, Battleship, challenged students to demonstrate teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership. Through this exciting game, students strengthened their throwing skills, balance, and other gross motor movements.
