It is now time to update your student's transportation form.
Bacon Academy and William J Johnston will see this as an electronic form in PowerSchool It should be completed no later than August 1st.

CES and Jackter family's receive this as hard copy, if you did not receive a copy or did not submit the form please reach out to the building's office professionals to complete this again before August 1st.

It is imperative that any students needing transportation have this form filled out and submitted before the August 1st deadline.
This information will be exported at 1:00 p.m. on August 1st and given to M&J so that they can complete the bus routes.

Failure to complete this form may result in a delay in assigning transportation for your student and access on August 15th to classroom information and schedules.
